(a) Limited Uses Identified. Without customer’s prior consent, TPG Staffing LLC will not use your personal identifiable information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. TPG Staffing LLC uses personal identifiable information to reply to inquiries, handle complaints, provide operational notices and in program record-keeping. TPG Staffing LLC also processes billing and business requests related to tpgstaffus.com participation.

Through website access logs TPG Staffing LLC does collect clickstream data and HTTP protocol elements, which generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. Any dispute over privacy between customer and TPG Staffing LLC is subject to the provisions of this notice and to TPG Staffing LLC’s Terms of Use Agreement, which is hereby incorporated herein and which can be read at tpgstaffus.com.
