Yes. TPG Staffing LLC will screen all applicants for your position(s). All you need to do is select the criteria (level of experience, degree, minimum salary, etc.) you require from candidates, and we’ll do the rest. Once we have screened the applicants, we will forward you the resumes that most closely match your requirements. If you would like to meet the job candidate, we will set up the interview for you.
Yes. All of our applicants are carefully evaluated before we present them to you. We conduct interviews with potential applicants, confirm their work histories, and check professional references to ensure that we’re recommending the best candidates for the position(s) you’re looking to fill. Depending on the position or type of work you are staffing for, we will also verify the applicants’ basic skills. We test them on commonly used computer software, (such as MS Word and Excel) and may also give tests on typing, spelling, and/or math. If a specific position requires special skills or computer software, let us know, and we can test in those areas, as well.
Once you’ve met with our recruitment staff and discussed the requirements of your available position(s), we will search our extensive pool of registered applicants for qualified candidates we can recommend to you immediately. When we locate a candidate whose skills and experience closely match your requirements, a member of our recruiting team will send you the candidate’s resume for review. If you would like to meet the applicant, we will arrange an interview for you.
After you have interviewed the candidate, we will contact you to receive your feedback. If you are happy with the candidate and would like to hire him or her, we will negotiate a job offer on your behalf. If, for some reason, you did not feel that the candidate was a good match for your company or the position, let us know and we will arrange other interviews for you.
