Mary Pomerantz MHRM SPHR, President

Mary PomerantzMs. Pomerantz has twenty-five plus years in the advertising and recruitment fields. Prior to founding Mary Pomerantz Advertising in 1993, she was President of the 17th largest staffing agency in the nation. Mary Pomerantz Advertising has grown to be one of the largest advertsing agencies in the tri-state area and the largest recruitment advertising agency in New Jersey.

After numerous requests from MPA clients, Mary Pomerantz formed TPG Staffing in 2006. TPG Staffing specializes in the areas of HR Staffing, Administative Services, Marketing/Creative Services and Management/Professional Services. In this venture, Ms. Pomerantz combines her HR staffing and advertising expertise together with her extensive HR training as a Graduate of the Rutgers University School of Management.

 

Joe Remmett, Vice President

Mr. Remmett has over twenty years of experience in the fields of advertising and employment services. He was a Vice President for a national staffing firm and currently directs the advertising campaigns and budgets for large, medium, and small companies, universities, and healthcare facilities as the Vice President of Sales at Mary Pomerantz Advertising.

As the Vice President of Sales for TPG Staffing LLC, Mr. Remmett is responsible for expanding and providing customer service to our client base. Mr. Remmett received his B.S from Pennsylvania State University and has taken postgraduate courses in Management, Business, Statistics, and HR Management at Rutgers University.

Frank Pedalino, Vice President

Mr. Pedalino has over twenty years of experience in the fields of advertising and employment services. He was the Vice President of Operations for a national staffing firm and is currently Vice President of Online Services for Mary Pomerantz Advertising.

As the Vice President of Operations for TPG Staffing LLC, Mr. Pedalino draws upon the synergy generated by his experience in both staffing services and advertising. Mr. Pedalino received his B.A. from Montclair State University and has also completed postgraduate courses in Business at Montclair State.
