A Human Resources Manager and Director can be required, but not limited to, establishing and maintaining payroll, administering compensation and benefit plans to increase retention, managing recruitment and new hire orientation, assessing processes to improve overall organizational performance, and processing changes in HRIS. An HR Manager or Director can represent an organization at the Department of Labor as necessary and will maintain compliance with federal, state and local law.
