TPG Staffing LLC has a wide variety of available positions. You can register for temporary or permanent positions in many areas. We specialize in Creative and Marketing Services, Human Resources, Administrative Services, and Management and Professional Services. Some of the other areas in which we staff include: Clerical/Office Support, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Entry Level (for recent grads).
What should I bring with me when I register?
When you register with us, we ask that you bring a typed copy of your most current resume (in chronological order), names and addresses of three professional references, and identification (such as your Social Security card, your Driver’s License, or your passport).
What happens when I register?
During the registration process, we will meet with you and discuss your job history, career goals and interests, and establish which areas of employment are best for you. The staff members at TPG Staffing LLC
will take the time to listen to your needs and answer your questions about the job market. We understand that everyone is different and has different job requirements and preferences. We will do all we can to match your circumstances and abilities to the available job openings.
Will I need to take a skill test?
Depending on the position or type of work you are interested in, we may need to verify some basic skills. We will test you on commonly-used computer software, including MS Word and Excel, and may also give you typing, spelling, and math tests. Don’t worry if your typing or math skills are a bit rusty, or if you’ve never used a particular computer program before – the results of the tests are not sent to potential employers. We use your test scores to evaluate your skill level, so we can recommend you for a job that utilizes your talents effectively.
After your skills have been evaluated, you will spend some quality one-on-one time with a member of our staff. He or she will review your resume and offer you guidance on how to improve or restructure your resume to get the best results possible. We will also give you advice on how to make a good impression with interviewers (such as what to wear), provide interview tips (including important questions that you must be prepared to answer), and give you an overview of the interviewing process.
We know that interviewing for a job can be nerve-wracking, so we will do everything possible to make sure you feel comfortable talking about yourself, your employment history, and your qualifications.
How long does it take to register? What should I wear?
The registration process will take from under one hour to two hours, so plan ahead and make any necessary arrangements to your schedule ahead of time. It’s a good idea to schedule your appointment with us when you know you have a long block of uninterrupted time, in case your appointment runs longer than expected. We ask that our applicants wear appropriate business attire (such as a suit) that you would normally wear on an interview.
How does the job-search process work?

If we feel that we have a potential match, we will call you, describe the job, and ask if you would like us to submit your resume to the employer for review. Upon your request, we will send your resume to the employer. If the employer is interested in meeting with you, we will call you and arrange an interview with the employer.

will be strictly confidential. We never submit your resume to a potential employer without your approval, and we do not allow anyone to review our resume base.
How long will I have to wait before I get an assignment or an interview?
That depends on the type of work you’re looking for and on the available job openings. In many cases, you may hear back from us the day after you register or within a few days. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to set you up with an assignment or interview as soon as possible, and we’ll keep you updated on our job-search progress. If we do not currently have an available position that matches your skills, we will keep your resume on file and contact you when something becomes available.
What do I do after my interview with a potential employer?
After your interview, go home and relax for a few minutes. Take some time to unwind and think about the interview. Ask yourself if you liked the job as it was described to you, the company, and the person(s) you spoke with. Then, call our office and give us your feedback about the company and the position. We will be in touch with you and let you know the results of the interview as soon as possible. In some cases, companies will request a second interview, so be please patient while the employer is making a decision. We will keep in constant communication with you throughout the interviewing process.
What do I do if I can’t accept or complete an assignment?
We realize that emergencies do come up in all our lives, but it is important to make a good impression on your employer. If something comes up and you cannot accept or complete an assignment, contact us immediately and let us know. We will make alternate arrangements with our client.
What do I do if I don’t like an assignment?
Be honest with us. If you start an assignment and find out that it’s not for you, contact us and let us know. We will do everything we can to find you a new assignment as soon as possible.
If I register with TPG Staffing LLC, am I allowed to look for work on my own and/or register with other staffing agencies?
Yes, after you’ve registered with TPG Staffing LLC, you can keep looking for work on your own. However, once you’ve registered with us, we ask that you do not register with another staffing service.
What happens if I find a job on my own?
If you find a job on your own, that’s great! Congratulations! If you’ve obtained a position through your own job search, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can remove your name from our list of current applicants.
When and how will I get paid?

believes in paying everyone promptly. Each week you need to fill out a timesheet and fax it to our office. Payment will be processed on Fridays, and your check will be mailed to you on Monday.
