Bilingual Customer Service representatives

Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Bilingual Portuguese/English and Mandarin/English Representatives needed
- Must have high end fashion/retail experience
- Exceptional communication/phone skills required
- Computer literate
- Must be polished with strong fashion sense
- Availability to work retail hours; rotating shifts with evenings/weekends as required

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Responding to inquiries and requests as required; via phone and email
- Answering inbound calls regarding high end luxury fashion merchandise
- Assisting with orders and making recommendations to customer as needed
- Additional duties and item research as required
